I have been training with Josh for four years. He is phenomenal. When I began, I wanted to drop a few pounds and get in better shape. I already had been ‘training’ myself for years, but had been at a plateau for quite a while.

Boy, what I didn’t know about getting in shape when I began! He introduced me to a world of training based on functional movements. That means your whole body gets a fantastic workout.
