Life training. That’s what I call my sessions with the trainers at Infinite Iron. As we age, the same old cardio workouts that kept us fit in our 20s and 30s aren’t enough. The big 40 (and beyond) requires a more focused, intense effort. The trainers at Infinite Iron are knowledgeable in all areas of fitness training, exercise design, nutrition, goal setting and especially in keeping their clients motivated for life.

I have transitioned from a cardio-only mindset to embracing the importance of weight training. From I don’t want to bulk! to have you seen my deltoid? My workouts are now more effective and I’m stronger than I was even as an athlete in college. Plus, how many PTO moms do you know that can bench press 135 pounds and deadlift 205 pounds?
